Hero honda hunk bike
Poor service and warranty

I brought a hero honda hunk 2010 model (Reg No.- TN05AH-5859) in february. I have a raised a warranty against a broken rear alloy wheel which causes air leak. I have to fill in air every day and evening. It causes a lot of loss in milage and performance as well.

-Its almost 4 months now that I am getting a reposnse that alloy wheel arent available as spares, there is some problem in headquaters. Some people are saying you should raise a VOR PO (Am i supposed to learn the interim system hero honda/moto corp follows).

-The company claims a milage of 53.i got a milage of 49-51 before 1st service. After that its coming around 38-42 @ 14.4 PS (My friends getting 40 with a yamaha FZ @ 17.7 PS). What is the advantage if I am getting same fuel consumption @ a lower PS with approx same cost of the bike.

-when I complained ONLINE about these two issues on hero moto corp official site - I got a notification that my problem will be rectified within 15 days. Forget about the problem, I didnt even recieve a call from hero honda.

-I am losing money and time (due to poor performance and milage). Its quite frustrating because I cant go for long trips (as I have to fill air after every 4-5 hours) and its frustrating when your friends tease you for a useless bike after spending 72000 for a bike expecting premium performance and getting a crap as your gift. Please help me. I am frustrated beyond imagination.
