Hi, my name is Naveen from kurukshetra..I met with an accident on** 22/september** on my hunk in Chandigarh. On **23rd of sep 2010** I submitted my bike to** Charisma hero honda ** for reparing in Chandigarh. My bike was insured so all the formalities were done by the insurance man for my bike insurance. After that manager told me to come after some days because they dont have the parts of bike write now. So I came to them after 15-20 days to know about my bike, again they told me that they haven't got the parts till now. they said that they have ordered it and and they will soon return my bike and said to visit next week. Then I visited next week, again they given me the same reson for not my repairimg my bike. each week they ask me to visit next week and say that haven't got the parts. Today is 11/dec and they haven't repaired my bike till now. So I want to file a case against them for showing no value to their customer, Harassment and for inconvenience which I am facing due to them. AND I feel that I would get justice and strict action against them.
