Gear Shaft Problems in Hero Honda Hunk

Dear Sir,

I am Shinoj working at Cochin Shipyard. 3 Years back I bought Honda - Hunk. The gear-shaft transmission system is so defect that I could not ride the bike peacefully.

Issue:

The gear got totally jammed with shaft while on 3th to 4th gear and bike stops, heavy noise, total mess up and panic etc.By god's grace nothing had happened.

At Service Centre:

The above mentioned issue is reported to the service centre - Cherai. The Technicians are disappointed, they are facing this issue for the time.
