Low milage

I purchased a hero honda hunk on 25/01 while pruchasing i was assured the milage of the byke is 45 to 50 kmpl. but after first, second and third servicing the byke is giving the miklage more than 35 kmpl, i complained in each servicing about the low milage but the staff told me that it will give a millage up 45 after third servicing but today i cheaked the milage by putting 2.5 liter pterol it runs only 83 km that means it comes 33.2 and the cuty in which i am riding the byke is not to busy as metro
