i am Deepak Narang your customer and as per my loan ac no. 12483068 which has been fully paid by me. But then also my name is coming on info@cibil.com so i request you to please remove my name from there so that i can apply for Education loan for my child. As i was promised by the Bank Collection Agent that i would receive the Letter & Cheques. I have not received any till date. I came to know about this when i applied for Education Loan for my child.

I request you to please fulfill my requirements as soon as possible.
