Fuel meter defective from the purchase date

I bought a hero honda hunk motorcycle on 20 june on 22nd june i notice that petrol meter is not working properly (in 500/rs petrol it shows full tank), i just go to the R.S.AUTOMOBILES, SINGAR NAGAR, ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW.Tell the problem which i face, they told me "we change this on your first service time".when i contact them again on first service they simply answered "we don't have any meter to change, if i (samir chaturvedi) told him that any availibility of fuel meter in any agency in lucknow they definitely change ".

I just want to know that no responsibility on the part of dealer, they sell a bike and customer just go to hell?

This is not possible for me to followup them daily.

THEY JUST USE THE PLATFORM OF HERO MOTOCORP, THIS IS YOUR (HERO GROUP'S) RESPONCIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S.

I just feel bad for Hero Group, not for R.S.MOTORS.
