HERO HONDA HUNK
Self start not working

I brought a new hunk from ace motors, calicut last November i have completed 2 services in time, now the self start of the bike was not working, since bike was not having kicker, its not able to run the vehicle.the shop was not taking the matter seriously.what should i do?
