Engine and Gear Problem

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Divakar got a Karizma (TN09 BB 8048) on 13/11 through a dealer called Mohana Motors in Velachery. I am having severe engine noise and gear problem after 5th month still am having that problem. I had took this issue to regional manager Mr. Ramani. I spoke to him several times, but i dint got any solution for my bike. He is trying to console me. I have a clean track record of servicing my bike in hero Honda show room. Also I am having expendable warranty. I believed there words and kept quiet without raising any complaints. Now my bike is going worse. I bought this bike along with my friend. His bike is still good without any engine noise. Please take this as High priority and take action. Please give me a permanent solution.
