Delay in delivery of spare parts

Dear concerned,

i m having karizma r black, unfortunately my bike met with an accident, so i have to replace the damaged parts but the service center here is not able to deliver the spare parts of karizma r from the past 1 month.

i m really frusted with his ex·cuse every time.

please do the needful.
