Defected bike and misbehaiving

I had purchased a hero honda karizma ZMR bike of white colour on 6th january from jk enterprises 20, Community Centre East Of Kailash Delhi 110065

the REGN .NO: DL1SS 0003, REG DT :30/01, CH NO: MBLMC38EC9GM00145, EG NO: MC38EB9GM0.with in one month of purchase, i noticed that there were paint-peeling problem in certain parts of the bike and missing problem in my bikes engine and so i reported the matter to the showroom from where i purchsed it.the manager attended to me and i was promised that with in a few days the defective parts will be duly replaced..but i got no responce from them and inspite of repeated visits my complaint got no consideration.it has been five months now and my bike has developed some other problems relating to technical defects.the owner (narender) and manager (mr nawab) of the showroom also misbehaived with me and refused to solve my problem.my bike is in warrenty period but still my complaint is not being consideredi still expect a prompt and immediate responce.
