I just want to let you know that I purchased Karizma ZMR White Color on October From ARC Motors okhla new delhi

After the purchasing got problem in Silencer of the Bike. I have registered a complain in ARC Motors OKHLA . I got the feedback that engineer did not visit to the service center when ever he visit we let you inform but till date i am getting same feedback from the service center

Now there are one more problem in the bike. The Gear was not working properly again registered the complain and left the bike in service center on 30th jan. 2012

Today is 8th of Feb. Till now i am not getting my bike and service center's people told me that the parts are not available.

I don't know that its excuses or what else

But ultimately I am suffring since i am sales employee and I am totally dependent on the bike

Due to your irresponsibility my work has been effected
