I am having hero Honda motorcycle, last time when I visited the dealer for service they have informed me that the drum needs relpacement since the part is not available they changed the brake shoes and charged . this time when i again visited the dealer they have again changed the brake shoes, first they informed me that I take a drup from the show room and get the get the same done from other shop at Subhash Chowk since they are not doing the wheel wire work. When I asked them why I am comming to the dealer when the work is to be got done by me from any other shop, they informed me that the stock of drum is not available, inspite of poor services provided by the HERO HONDA AGAIN I WAS COMPELLED TO PAY Rs1100/- being the cost of service not upto the satisfaction of the customer. Is it not a day light robbery.
