Delivering bikes from csd very late

I m vijay vashisht serving in defence. i made a draft to purchage a bike from mahendra motors, jodhpur. when i went to showroom, the dealer told that if u want bike through csd, u have to wait for more than two months. and if u will purchage bike directly from showroom we will give u on the spot. so i cancelled my draft. i was charged 226 rupees for ordering and cancelling the draft. so i want to complaint about the poor delivery of bikes through csd.
