Poor servicing of my ZMR Vehicle KA 52 H 5068

Today, at 11.45 am I left my ZMR vehicle KA 52 H 5068 (purchased at Max Motors on 18.06.2010) for servicing at Max Motors service station located on Dr Rajkumar Road. I clearly mentioned that the problem is jerking when the speed is above 80 kmph. I told him to inspect the fuel line. The staff attendant was Mr Vinay. he informed that the problem will be solved once the servicing is done. I told him first to diagnose the problem. Might be he was very busy, my request fell on deaf hears. after the servicing being done at 5.45pm it was delivered. I again asked the staff there, whether the problem is rectified. "neevu hodisi nodi sir, problem adare thagandu banni" was his answer.

I took the vehicle and rode on the fly over and again faced the same problem. The jerking of the vehicle when the speed is above 80 is nt solved. Will you please instruct the max motors to rectify this problem as the vehicle is under warranty.

The staff were very complacent/ negligent to attend to the customer's problems. I request you to kindly instruct max motors to look into these issues.
