MANUFACTURING EFFECT ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE & Starting Problem

I am Kailash Gurjar bought a Hero Honda cd deluxe bike on 28/05 from Uttam moters neemuch m.p. I noted them to do my bike service & also to stop oil leakage & starting problem. This was on 1st sevice. They noted oil leakage in the job card and also charged some rs. For this. The leakage DID not stop. I went again on 18-6-11 & 04-7-11 & requested them to do service & to stop the oil leakage. But till today 22-7-11 the leakage has not stopped. plz help me & solved my problem.
