Attery not charging for new vechile

I am lalitha from purasawakam. I purchased an hero honda pleasure vehicle on april month from nagappa motor chennai annanagar (Chintamani).

Till my first service i feel my vehicle ok. After i second service i used my vehicle by kick start only. For my third free service i informed the service enginer about the battery problem he said that the battery will be sent to the concern battery company and will be returned within two days.

when i asked to changed the battery and install new battery he said that decision cannot be taken from nagappa.

After two days i called for my battery the service enginer who attend my vehicle is not available and the other person is informing me the battery is not reached nagappa and he do know when it will be ready.

DID I PURCHSED VEHICLE FROM NAGAPPA OR FROM BATTERY COMPANY.

WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR BATTERY

WHY SHOULD I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY FOR USING MY VEHICLE BY KICK STARTING
