Dear Sir,
I (Manojkumar Becharbhai Patel, add. 1-Devdarshan tenements, near denabank, bopal, Ahmadabad) get completed three free services from M/s bikes auto-Ahmadabad as per herohonda suggested service schedule. I have purchased bike 10 month before and as on today it is run up to 7200KM.
Problem:
1) Chain socket having wear and tear and chain loose frequently and it may run up to 500KM more and after that it has to be replced. (It should be replaced by herohonda free of cost as bike is under warranty period)
2) Front wheel vibration and this problem was on purchase time, still it is there
3) Average is coming up to 45-50km per liter (even after on flat road in third and fourth gear)
4) Dimmer is frequently stopped
5) In gear bike is not start by self start switch
6) Erratic noise from chain socket or from back side of bike.
7) Silencer-safety cover is so close and hence it heats up rapidly and may cause accidents.
8) Engine is get heated rapidly even after run up to 2-5 KM
9) Back side tyre is not run freely.
10) Not proper lubrication for all parts when free service is on.
All above problems were frequently explained to your technician and still no improvements found (and nobody bother about it in your service station). Tomorrow 18.9.10, again I will go for fourth service with above mentioned problems.
Please try to your best for correction of above mentioned problems or do needful from your end.
I have already registered complaints to herohonda head office with complaint query no.-42010145.
