PROBLEM OF BUBLLING IN BIKE PSN PRO (A) SELF ENGINE NO HA10EDBHF 17971

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the bike on dated 16.06.2011 from CSD Canteen Hissar From M/s. Choudhary Automobiles.

Model: Passion Pro - Black

Engine No: HA10EDBHF17971

Chasis No: MBLHA10EWBHF 17465

Temp Regn No: HR 99 JM (T) 6213

I am facing the problem of Bubbling in Bike PSN PRO (A). I have purchased the same thru CSD Canteen Hissar from M/s. Chaudhary Automobiles. I am staying in Faridabad (Haryana).

I have already contact to Mr. Piyush (Manager - HH Motors Delhi), he told me, you can go M/s. Shiva Motors Ballabgarh. They have suggested to me change the tyre of Front wheel. I have discussed with Ceat Type Engineer (Mr. Ravinder) and he changed the same. He says, if you are facing the same problem again. We can not help you and not come to our office again.

My problem is still as it is, I have again discussed with Mr. Piyush. He says you can change the front wheel from M/s. Shiva Motors. M/s. Shiva Motors has changed the front RIM after 10 days with repeated follow-ups on dated 16.07.2011.

My problem is still as it is and M/s. Shiva Motors says we can not help you, I can not run the bike with this kind of problem.

I have again call to Mr. Piyush and he refused me stay way. I think this is manufacturing defect.

Please guide us how I can Replace the Bike? or how we can solve this issue?
