EXTRA MONEY DEMANDED BY DEALER

Sir, I have booked Hero Honda Passion Pro from your authorised dealer - Autolink (Shop No.1, Bldg No.1, Summer Nagar, S.V. Road, Borivli - W Mumbai - 92, Ph. 28616900-28030893)- A divison of Dhaval Auto Pvt. Ltd. and paid them a DD of Rs, 51600/- on 11.2.2010. Now on 15.03.2010 they called me and said they will deliver me the bike on 16.3.2010 but are asking for additional Rs.1480/- saying that the price have increased after Budget and if i want delivery i have to pay the amount..

Sir, is this is the companies policy or your authorised dealer are making money from innocent clients by blackmailing them ..
