Stoppage of Engine at Zero gea

I purchased Hero Honda Passion Pro in November through Oswal Motors, G.T.Karnal Road, Delhi. But from the very first day I am facing problem of sudden stoppage of engine when release the accelerator at zero gear. I have lodged complaints at every service to the serviceman & the manager also, but they told me that the bike is new it will be ok after 2000 KMs. But till now I have driven my bike more than 4000 KMs but the problem not been resolved. This is the biggest mistake in my life that I have choosen that bike.
