Sir,

I am serving as an Ass. Professor at Rajpipla, Gujarat. I have complain regarding service of my bike. Before one month I purchased Passion Pro from Krupalu Auto Rajpardi-sub dealer of Vimco Bharuch. Because of shortage of bikes I wasn't able to purchase from Om Motors Rajpipla-sub dealer of Anas Motors Ankleshwar. As I'm a resident of Rajpipla, after 500 k.m. when I went to Om Motors for free service of my bike, he refused to take my bike for service saying why you haven't purchased from me and behaved rudely for he has monopoly and he knows that the customer has no other choice except listening his harsh words. These kind of sub-dealers demage the reputation of a reputated company. MY POINT OR COMPLAINT WHATEVER YOU SAY IS BETTER TO SUSPEND SUB-DEALERSHIP OF OM MOTORS RAJPIPLA.
