Milage Problem & Starting Problem

Hi

I am V.Sudhakar, from Chennai i am using Hero Honda Passion Pro for the past 3 Months, I didnt get millage of 60 (its giving millage of 42 to 46 per litter) i gave it for 2 time of service in the authorised service station namely Nagappa Motors were i buy the vehicle and they guid me to give compliants in the complaint cell. so kindly help me in this regards and i am waiting for the reply my mail id is kvsrealestate@gmail.com
