I, Sri Suman Das, owner of Passion Pro two wheeler bearing No. WB 20 W 0446, was submitted my two wheelers at Balaji Motors service centre, Minerva Garden Complex, Joka, Kolkata – 700 104, on 20.08.2010 in morning for urgent repair. My ICICI Lombard Motor Insurance claim has passed through claim No. under reference.

Despite several efforts one supervisor of Balaji Motors service centre Sri Anjan, who is authorized to do the accident job, denied to do the same and repeatedly tells me many stupid lies. His intension is highly suspicious.

Kindly rescue my Passion Pro bearing No. WB 20 W 0446 from Ravanji Motors sorry Balaji Motors, I promise, I will not purchase any Hero Honda two wheelers form Balaji Motors in future.
