I have purchased a Passion pro white colour motor cycle from UNION bikes Jamshedpur on 14/11.During delivery I noticed a manufacturing defect on the fuel tank. The tank is not pressed perfectly at the bottom.and is rusted.
By this time I have transfered to Jajpur road Odisha and this rusting is worshened. I have requested for replacement of the tank at Both at Jamshedpur and Jajpur road but no action has been taken.
I think this the bikes should be checked thorouly before being sold. This shows a negligence in Quality control and poor customer service of Hero motors.
