Query About Poor Colour Quality Of Coating

Dear Sir,

I Have Purchased Hero Honda Passion Plus Dated -Mar.2009. I Am Facing The Problem With Colour.

My Bike’s Colour Coating. Though I Clean My Bike Daily. It’s Shining Disappears Soon. I Am Using A Smooth Cloth To Clean It, But Still Scratches Appear On It In A Fast Moment Of Time.

I Have Already Brought This To The Notice Of Your Local Service Center I.E. Kamal Auto, Nashik Road, But Still They Are Paying No Heed Towards My Complaint. They Have Given Me An Incredible Answer That All The Vehicle Are Having The Same Conditional Poor Quality Of Colour.

But I Have A Query IF WE HAVE FULLY PAID THE COST OF A GOOD VEHICLE SO WHY SHALL WE ACCEPT A BAD QUALITY OF VEHICLE.?
