Rusting in fron shock obsorve

I have purched a passon pro bike from Shiv shankar Motors, gajuwaka-visakhapatnam on 18-03. Eng no-HA10EC9GC03808, frame no-MBLHA10EN9GC06065, Ragistration no-AP31AZ4436. we obsorved after one year front shock observer getting rusting and after discussion "Shiv shankar Motors, gajuwaka"have been replaced both shock obsorver on dated 04.03.2011 under waranty. but after 10 days rusting started in replaced shock obsorver.

Hero honda a "legend" of bike manufacturer and i have got & getting 86 KM PL milage of this bike .but this rusting issue company should take on priority for costomer satisfication.

pl advice to dealer to replace good quility of shock obsorver.
