EXTA MONETORY CHARGES

Sir,

It is the 2nd complaint I am submitting. Please do not spoil your Good will by not laying any standards while delivering your product. All dealers had formed their particular stategy and charges without knowing wheater it affect the consumers pocket adversly. They are charging extra money for accessiries which is compulsory, insurance of self and of vehicle maintance for 5 years, tufflon coating. Please mind that this all are in addition to the vehicle cost RTO INSURANCE (which is never explained to consumer if asked. They are not delivering the vehicle if any coustomer can'nt pay as per their will. The waiting period ranges from 15 to 3 months and if any extra amount is paid the vehicle is delivered immediately (it varies from 500 to 3000 as per coustomer demand. I think this is enough as I am great fan of Hero Honda company and wants to buy your scooter. thanks & waiting for yours...
