NO delievery of booked vehicle

I had booked hero Honda Pleasure 20 days back. I had booked the vehicle with Porvorim, Goa dealer by name "Wheel Magnets".

Inspite of paying full amount at the time of Booking and the concerned person in showroom told us that the vehicle will be delievered if full payment done at the time of booking within 20 days is delayed for another 20 days and the person does not know that even after another 20 days it will be definitely delivered or no.

If this is the case then how can a person go ahead and book for such services?
