I have purchased Hero Honda Pleassure from United Agency (Niksia Group), Paud Road Showroom, dated 9th July.

There is FORK OUT problem in motorcycle. When I talk about this

problem with Mr. Sanjay, he tell me that "Go to our service center

named AUTOMARK MOTORS, Paud Road and show the problem it is minor

problem and it will done within hour."

When I go to Automark, at Paud Road on Monday i.e. 12th July the

adviser tell me to recover this problem will take minimum one day come

tomorrow.

After that I go there on Tuesday (13th July) then I get job card

(Job Card No. P/10-11:06435) then adviser tell me come at 5 PM we will

solve the problem.

When I reach at 5 PM no one repaired my motorcycle, after that Mr.

Uttam Kadam tell me leave the motorcycle for one day that is for

Wednesday and take your motorcycle on Thursday morning (15th July

2010).

But till I did not get my motorcycle. I reach the service center at 12

PM at that moment Mr. Nikhil (Your mechanic) tell me come at 5 PM.

At 4:30 PM I called to Mr. Uttam Kadam asking for my motorcycle he

tells me give us one more day.

What is this?

The motorcycle is new, is this your way of business?

There is manufacturing defect, I want new model.
