Starting Problem

Sir,

My HH Pleasure (KL 45-D-4164) (Date of purchase 04.01.10) have some starting complaint and I given in Ariane motors & service at Chalakudy (Thrissur Dist) on 07.07.10. Job card no 390. I not yet received vehicle up to this time (12.07.10). First they said battery was complaint and I take it to Exide showroom and they tested it two days, there was no complaint in battery, now showroom people saying starting motor was complaint. Know what I want to do for this. When I will get my vehicle. Where I want to complaint for this.
