DAMAGED PRODUCT

I purchased a HERO HONDA Pleasure scooter on 23 feb. 2010.

Since then it has gone under repair for 6 times which comprised of defective carburetter, oil pump, etc. but yet my vehicle is not functioning well yet.

The dealer RATTANLALL AUTO Pvt. ltd., Daltonganj did not pay heed to my request of replacement of the vehicle.

I request you to take concrete steps before my warranty is lapsed.
