Hero Honda Pleasure
Starting Trouble

I had purchaced a Hero Honda Pleasure from M/s Wheels Thrissur Kerala on 16/02for my family registered in my daughter's name.

This is with anEng No: JF16EDBGA32201 & Ch no: MBLJF16EDBGA32201.

This scooter can not be started by kick lever as it has to be on the first start of the day. If it is started by the starter it takes a long intervals and also gets off soon. This action will reduce the life of the battery. Is this a manufacturig defect

as I find in other scooters of this make.

Please advice the step to be taken in this matter to get a value for our money.

We now deeply regret in buying this stuff.
