Pleasure is not starting properly even in kick

I purchased a pleasure on 02/07 from Charitha Motors but after my second free servicing it is showing problem in self start as well as kick start. When I made a complain regarding this problem, service center take the battery for repair and told me that due to battery problem self start is not working. Now even kick start I am getting problem. After a lot of kick sometime it starts and sometime it never start. In trafic signal if I have to wait for 5 mins if suddenly I stop it, then it is also gving problem in starting and I have to wait it for 10 min again. But today it does start. My vehicle is going to complete 5 month in 2nd january but i am facing lots of problem. Even service center people does not able to understand the problem whether they doing it knowingly or unknowingly. As I am a girl I am facing a lotz of problem in this case. My office is 15 km away from my office and after a lot of effort and money I had purchased this vehicle for me where I am facing so much problem. So what should i do? please help me regarding this.
