ENGINE COMPLAINT

Sir,

I, K.Balakrishnan, owner of vehicle No. KL31A9247 bought a pleasure from chavara Diya Motors on 1st July. My daughter was using the vehicle. And in 2011 Nov it showed some sound problem from the engine. When we approached the showroom "POWER CITY MOTORS" Kayamkulam, they told to get a full engine repair. They took my vehicle for more than a weak. After the repair they told they changed the crank etc and gave a bill of Rs 4500. The bill is there with me now. Now on 2nd June (after 6 months) again the sound is there. We took the vehicle again to the same showroom and they suggested another engine repair.when we asked about the previous repair, they told it was repaired by another staff of them who left the showroom. What can I do now for this type of cheating? Will the head office take any action?
