Hidden Charges on Free Service

I bought a Hero Honda Pleasure 1 month back.

When I went to its service station cum showroom SAHIB AUTOMOBILES in Sahibabad (ghaziabad), I gave them vehicle manual in which they entered details for First Free Service.

One should not charge anything for free service as the vehicle had no problems.

But They denied to return the vehicle and showed hidden charges for changing oil etc.

I also have the receipt of it.

How can the oil be changed for a one month old vehicle!!

They simply washed the vehicle and also took out petrol from it.

I had to borrow almost 500 rs from someone to get my vehicle back.

They did not made any calls about the estimated cost of servicing and also that the vehicle is ready after service.

They are befooling 100s of people in the name of changing engine oil and servicing.

Where should I lodge this complaint.
