Not deliver service book and not fit side stand and women footrest

Dear sir

I hv purchase new pleasure from star automobile satna on 12/10. It was a horrible experience and the staff take 9 hrs to deliverer the pleasure but they did not give service book, side stand and side foot stand. yesterday they said that we r not responsible for this fault and refuse to accept my complaint. even today they have not send me ragistration documents.

I have paid accordingly to Star Automobile Bill No. SA/KH/26224 dated 12/10

Sales manager Mr. S.K.Khare refused to accect my written complaint and said do whatever you want. At first he said that his name is Rajesh Soni. Star automobile is famous for his poor sale service.
