Not delivery in time and carless about telephonic booking

Sir,

After reminder on reminder but staff of above agenceies not caring about. Even not pik the cal, most time go personnel for booking the gas and also going for reminder after 15 days. Even he not issuing dbc (addtional gasz cylinder) from last 1 year.
