Very Bad Service Given By Metro motors

AS there is Lots of Harassment Regarding Service in Hero Honda Splandar Bike by Metro Motors, NAvsari, when i was going for service with My Bike Hero Honda Splendor, they told Me Today We haven't that much Man Power so We cant Able To Give You Delivery Today, we will give you On Monday Noon. but When We Call today i.e. Monday Noon, they Told us that today also We cant Able To Give you, we will give you tomorrow. also they give priority to those customer who has having Some Reference. This type of Experience i face 3 to 4 Times. we can Understand regarding The Man power but this is not Our problem, we face so much Difficulty with my Job, as i usually preferred to Go my Job on Bike. and One More Thing even they doesn't maintain Proper Data base regarding Customer Contact Details, and also they Dont Inform us regarding whether they Provide Delivery on Time or Not. Work Shop Supervisor communication also Not proper with the Customer.
