ENGINE COMPLAINT

Dear Sir,

I bought Splendor bike in sep from one M.S motors in Vadakkencherry Palakkad, Kerala.

From the very beginning there was some trouble in the starting. I had to kick for so many times to start the bike and when finally it starts, it will go off the moment I put the gear and try to move forward (it was not moving at all initially) after complaining for so many days and giving the vehicle for 2-3 days they somehow rectified the same. told me that they changed the Plug!! then it was allright for some time.

Then suddenly one day while I was driving it suddenly went off... Again I complained. the mechanic came and could not find any fault since it immediatly restarted..

Then due to my busy schedule I did not bother about it since it was happening ir regularly, I thought it must be my mistake in adjusting the slow speed. But then since last week the problem has again cropped up. The vehicle has run for about 1600 and odd kms only.

On complaining they are not able to do much.

Pls advise as to what to do.
