Hero Honda Splendor
Poor service / bad delivery

Sir,

This is Syed Khaja Nawaz, Advocate from Chennai.. i purchased a hero honda splendor from puduchery bearing registration no. PY 01 BK 3868. 1st serviced the bike in OM Motors. Poonamalle, Chennai. I intimated them that whizling sound occuring from Silencer. And the service center intimated that when the coburator and air filter is cleaned the sound stops. and when i took deliverry irself i came to know the two wheeler is one side hanging. not in correct position. then before my 2nd service i took the two wheeler to Reliance Motor Company Pvt. Ltd, Mount Road, Chennai. They also said it shall be repaired. But i feel so bad of servicing in the 2 service center also.. meilage is also too bad..

Kindly rectify my two wheeler mistake and deliver me.. or else i ll sent a self notice that i am advocate and sue through Consumer Court for the redelivering of new bike instead of this.. kindly do me the needful..
