Bus Fare charged more than usual

Hi,

Today i boarded 19B Volvo Bus at TNagar to reach Sholinganaalur, the usual fare is Rs 25 but the conductor chrged Rs 28 not only me but all the others memebers were charged extra corresponding to their destination till kelambakkam. There was no confirmation from Conductor regaridng raise in fare prices and also he behaved very rudely with the passengers questioning the extra chrges.

Date :13/10

Time: In betn 10:20 am - 10:30 am it started from T nagar depot

Request the authorities to take corrective action.
