Not to deal proper and misguide

Yesterday i purchase a brand new hero honda splendor plus form jaswant motor jalandhar i deal with the person mr munish. he dnt give me the proper information and sale defective bikes to other persons in same new bike rates. when i go for purchase a new bikes he says that mera time ho gaya hai kal aa jana roz mai hi fasta hu yaha pe.nd when i purchase a bike then he give me a delivery of defective bike.so i want to compliant for that person to take a action for other persons conviniance ..
