Nonavailability of spare parts and misbehaviour of workshop manage

Respected sir/madam

I own a hero honda super splendor bike. Two months before I met with an accident.

Because of that accident the front mudguard, visor, leg guard, fuel tank got damaged. As

my bike was cashless insured, I went to the M/s SURYA MOTORS Abohar, the Hero Honda

authorised dealer in our city. Due to non availabilty of some of the spare parts, the leg guard

and front mud guard were changed and I was asked that when they would have the required

spare parts in their stock, they will inform me. After a month I received a call from Surya Motors

that the required spare parts are available. As I was busy that time, I asked them I would come within two days.

After two days I reached to the workshop of SURYA MOTORS at 4:00pm. The manager of workshop asked me to come tomorrow by giving reason that I was late. The next day i.e.on 30/12 I went again to the

workshop at 11:00 Am.By completing the formalities I was said to came at 5:00 pm to pick bike.

As I reached at workshop at about 5:00pm, I was told that it would take one more hour. I asked them that I would wait. After an hour I was told that visor was not avilable and I have to come again.

This was really astonishing and embarrassing. When I told all that incident to the workshop manager

Mr Kaushal kocher, his rude behaviour was the shocking one. When I asked that its was my third visit within two months and still I have to come again for spare parts, he replied, " Then what, Ap ko das bar bhi ana pad skta hai, hm kya kre." when I asked if its the service of company to his customer who is going to represent itself globally. He replied, " Ap hmare customer nai ho Hero Honda ke customer ho, means Hero Motocorp has no responsibilty for any Hero Honda bike! " When I asked him that if all of the spare parts were nt availlable why I was called? He said, " Aise hi kisi ne call kar di hogi! " After listening to all his astonishing replies, at last I asked for suggesstion/complaints register. He replied rudely, "we dont keep any such type of register. You looks to be educated. Go to internet cafe and mail your complaint anywhere you wish! '"

All this experience was really embarrasing one and full harrasement for me. I request you to please look into matter.
