Worst Service

My Name is Ashutosh and I had given my Maruti wagon R to comepetent automobiles shivaji marg (Authorized dealer of Maruti) for servicing on 11/07/09 via job card no. JCO9007281 but after servicing while driving I felt a big noise coming from front wheels.. when I reported the fault they (service manager) did not respond and said all tyres needs replacement... All my car tyres are in good shape than why do I need to change tyres. I explained them that this noise was not there before service and you also checked but they were not ready to accept and stop responding.

Further just a week after I got it chkd from another Maruti dealer and they said tyres are fine there might be some problem in wheel barring... during this inspection only I got to know that there was no coolant in car whereas I had specificaly asked competent to fill it and paid for that... Its nothing but day time burgalary from competent shivaji marg...

My car performance/ milegae has gone down since this service but there is nobody to listen neither in competent nor in Maruti udyog limited...
