Complain against hero electric and Vijay automobiles

Dear Sir,

I, Ratibhai Govindbhai Vekariya purchased HERO MAXI (dated on 09-11) from Vijay automobiles, junagadh, Gujarat (India), ph.; 0285-2653015, cell no. 9428015700

Vehicle description is given below.

Basic payee amount; Rs. 29500.00

I am not happy to say that because of the technical problem in hero maxi I was put in trouble for so many times. Some time hero maxi suddenly stops on road and I was disabling to reach my destination. I remember that I missed not only my three important meeting but also I passed two night on road and also missed marriage ceremony because of technical problem in hero maxi. I contact Vijay automobile and they replied customer have to come here to repaired vehicle. I understand his suggestion, but in months three to four times I am not able to go, because it is 60 km far from my village. I faced problem in hero maxi is 3-4 times in months since 09-11.

I would like to share two major problem whatever faced by myself.

(1). Before 15 days again hero maxi was stop, I explain start up problem to Vijay automobile by phone at same days. He said it may be problem of converter, you have to come junagadh or I will send you converter at visavadar than you to manage by yourself with clever mechanic. I wait for 10 days but they didn’t send any converter. I go there (1/06), explain him regarding my problem he said there is no solution of this bike, if you have problem you have to come here and repaid it. After that maxi was ok (1/06 to 5/06), but at evening 5/06 further the great HERO MAXI was stopped. If you want see you can came here and see the great HERO MAXI was kept in side at my home because it was not work. It looks like as a museum vehicle. But I paid Rs. 29500.00 not for museum vehicle!

(2). Before 2 month I was taken my great HERO MAXI to junagadh (Vijay automobile) for repaired it. He carefully repaired, mechanic said; now your hero maxi is ok, not a single problem inside. I was happily coming back from junagadh, but within 25 km, the great hero maxi was suddenly stop. And no way to reach my home! Again I carry my hero maxi in riksho………..

For your kind information to carry the hero maxi at junagadh, each time I have to pay min. Rs. 700.00

Who will be pay this amount? Vijay automobile never paid, than company will pay or I have to pay by myself? If I have to pay, than I am sure, in this cost I can work with petrol bike or sports bike! Right? I don’t need any museum bike like the GREAT HERO MEXIIII.

In short, I am extremely sorry to say that as a customer I do not want to work more in future with your great HERO MAXI! What I have to do or what company will do regarding this matter?

I hope you will understand my problem whatever faced with hero maxi during last five month.

I send this complain company (HERO electric, dated on 8 June) also on this email: info@heroelectric.in, but still they didn't reply anything.
