Dear Sir,

i have taken a deliver of my bike on 15/2 since the time i have taken the bike i am getting and average of 33-35 and also for wheel balance i have complaint regarding the same but I have not been satisfied and today when I went to mahim gave my bike for service I have been told that the bike had fallen since I am the only one who drive the bike I am sure it had not fallen in any sense and this was been notice after Mr.shamsad trail It seems he only had notice the same as when Mr.susil tried he cant make it out it seems that he is the only one to find the fault as earlier no one tried to notice the fault since the 1st service i am not going to pay any charge if occurs bequase since the delivery I have been complaining the fault in alignment as i am not a mechanic.
