Complaint regarding Two Wheeler No: UP-11-AC-4436

Please be informed that I have purchased a two wheeler (UP-11-AC-4436) from Hero MotoCorp Ltd. on 2nd Nov – 2010. The two wheeler was sent to authorized services centre M/s Bawa Auto (d) Pvt Ltd at Saharanpur UP on 4th Sept after an minor accident for repair and overhauling. The insurance company was updated on the same day as well.

As on date, after a delay of about 44 days, it is unacceptable that I have not the bike has neither been repaired nor a final date is being confirmed of final delivery. On 18th Oct – 2011 service status is still “UNDER PROCESS” and it will take 15 to 20 days more.
