For battery problem

With regards, i am Gangadhar Dash, the owner of hero Honda pleasure (OR 02 BQ 2203). i bought my scooter (pleasure) from your dealer ROHAN HERO from bhubaneswar. Iwas having problem in my scooter battery (exide). i went to the workshop for free servicing on 28 .03 .2012..The mechanic said that the battery was damaged & needs to be replaced. But the manager said you have to bring it by yourself or give us 100 rupees to bring it.

So kindly consider my plea for necessary action for which i will be grateful to you.
