Engine whistling sound & Oil leakage from cylinde

I am a proud owner of Passion plus since August. I was pleased with its perfomance and had done n number of long trips which included 315 kms/day. It has done 24000 kms till date. It is having its own characters such as Low pick up, poor headlights etc. But mileage is the place where it scores well. I am really very happy with its mileage & its very economical to me.

Now the problems are:

1. Engine gives a whistling sound sometimes. When we stop the engine and again when we start it disappears.

2. There is oil leakage from the side of the cylinder & there is also starting trouble in the mornings or after starting it after some hours. Till engine warms up, starting problem exists.
