Fraud service real Cheaters- Hifi bike point

I have tried for first time in Hi Fi Bike Point in R T Nagar, I searched this thru local search They called me and boosted me about the type of service. Since it is far from my place they offered me a free pick and drop of my bike. They told their general service is charging 300-500 rs and good oil will cost 300 rs extra. So i thought a bike service will be 800 .Then they took my bike and told i may need to pay 200-300 extra if any parts needs to be replaced. They gave me shocking call saying that i need to pay 4800 to get my bike fully serviced. They i told them that i only need the general service. Until then they were were polite .now they tune changed they were literally shouting at me and told me that they cannot do the general service and asked me 500 rs (for pick and drop) if i don't need the service. At last they agreed for 150 for which i have to get my bike form the service center. After a couple minitues their woner called me and told sorry for what all happened. I told him that i need a good service for a medium person like me. Then he informed me that he will call the next day around 9 am. I dint call until 10:30 then i called them they informed me that they need some time for bike checkup. They called back me around 11:30 and told i will get full service within 1250 Rs including all the parts change. They gave me the bike around 7:30 and when i checked they didn't do anything i hope against hope that they changed the oil. My brakes are not tighten, the bike is not tuned. My mileage after that was below 30 (previously 40-45). I payed 1400 since the guy asked petrol charge (fre pick up & drop they informed first). Now i went to my old service center and got my brakes, my clutch, my mirror repaired and they tuned my bike. Now i am getting a mileage around 40.They did it with Rs200 .since i didn't want the general service or my oil change so they charged me 200 bugs (For whole service the max amount they charge is around 600 unless major parts are replaced like clutch plate etc.

Literally fraud people beware of this type of cheaters. Never go for call which say free pick and drop and they so politely. Hope my review help you get from trouble. Please either go to Authorized service centers or people who you trust. Please beware of fake offers. The name 'H FI Bike zone' Bangalore. They tell 3 month guarantee which they never delivers
